Terms and Conditions for Food Stalls at Millionaire India Tour | Yo Yo Honey Singh.
Thank you for your interest in setting up a food stall at the highly anticipated Millionaire India Tour | Yo Yo Honey Singh. To ensure a seamless experience for all vendors and attendees, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Mandatory Mineral Water Sales
All stalls must sell mineral water as a standard offering.
The price of mineral water must not exceed double the MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
Booking & Payment
Stall bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of 100% payment in advance.
Payments are non-refundable and must be made within the stipulated deadline provided upon application approval.
Service Requirements
Each stall is required to maintain a minimum of three (3) waitstaff to ensure prompt and efficient service to attendees.
Vendors are responsible for managing staff behavior, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding the event’s high standards.
Event Scale & Planning
The estimated daily footfall for the event is projected between 70,000 to 82,000 attendees. Vendors are expected to stock and plan inventory accordingly to meet the high demand.
Operational Hours
Stalls must operate strictly within the designated event timings: 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Set-up must be completed 3 hour prior to the start of operations, and clean-up must be completed within one hour after closing.
Additional Notes
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, including refrigeration units, cooking appliances, and storage containers.
Compliance with local health and safety regulations is mandatory. Any violations will lead to immediate stall closure without refund.
The event organizers reserve the right to audit sales and profits to ensure transparency.
Last Date for Stall booking is 5th February 2025. No more bookings will be accepted later.
